My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was fantastic and very central, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the overall service was lacking, with some staff members being rude. The dining experience was also underwhelming, with limited options. Overall, it's a nice place but not without its issues.

The rooms were really small, barely fitting one person, let alone two. We initially faced a lack of daylight because of a fire escape view. The wardrobe was tiny, making it challenging to hang clothes properly.

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Mustafa went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, and Kevin even arranged for us to have a place to shower after check-out. Everyone was hospitable and we felt really appreciated.
